Synopsis: American marketing executive Lauren Navarro’s ambitious plan to rebrand Russo Pasta Sauce - her firm’s struggling but vital client - takes her to picturesque Tuscany. She hopes to persuade the venerable but fabulous Francesca Russo, the sole heir, to become the face of a new “origin story” campaign, but Francesca rejects the mass-produced sauce, clinging to the family’s authentic Trattoria. A chance encounter - a fountain mishap - introduces Lauren to Mason, the Trattoria’s American-Italian ex-commercial chef, whose traditional culinary values clash with her marketing strategies. Despite their friction, Lauren’s determination to uncover the brand’s true essence leads her to work alongside him. Mason’s pursuit of the perfect gnocchi also advances under her steady presence. Their shared passion for food and connection to the Russo legacy gradually bridge their differences, sparking an undeniable attractions. But their budding romance and professional progress are jeopardised when Francesca announces she will sell the entire brand, forcing Lauren to fight for everything she now believes in.
